    Today the incumbent Prime Minister of New Zealand tried our Balsamic Vinegar, noting just like everyone else who tries it how "very nice" it is. He said he intends to have his "with the salad tonight".

    As you may have guessed from the title, our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, D.O.P. was chosen to be in the elite few top products at the Food Show of 2008 by the Viva magazine (included in the New Zealand Herald). We are of course very happy to be featured as one of the top ranking products. The Viva article specified our Alambicco bottle as the star. The article is as follows:
